・ About delivery
Bamboo cannot be stocked because its color changes.
Therefore, we do not accept orders with short delivery times such as the same day or the next day.
・ Standard / shape
Since it is a natural bamboo, there are some errors in the thickness and inner diameter.
In addition, there may be small scratches or dullness or patterns that occur during the growth process.
·Management method
Since green bamboo is a plant, color fading is inevitable over time.
As soon as the product arrives, unpack it, store it in a dry and well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight, and use it as soon as possible.
After use, wash it, remove water with a cloth, dry it lightly in a dry and well-ventilated place, and store it in the freezer for a long time.
Mold and insect eating may occur depending on the season. Be especially careful from May to August.
As with ordinary tableware, please wash it in consideration of hygiene.
・ Handling
There may be thorns and hangnail. Please handle with care.
■ When purchasing
1. Shipping
We will use Kuroneko Yamato for shipping.
The shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping address, so we will inform you when you place your order.

2. About delivery
Since green bamboo contains water, it is packed in newspaper and shipped in a cardboard box.
It will be delivered by cool mail to prevent problems such as mold.
3. About shipping date
It will be logged and processed after you place an order, and it will also be affected by the weather, etc.
It may take 1 to 2 weeks to ship.
4. Payment
After contacting your order, we will show you the total amount including shipping fee.
Please pay by wire transfer.
Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with preparations for shipping.
6. Receipt
If necessary, please indicate so when ordering.
In that case, please also indicate the shipping address of the receipt.
7. About the delivery note
We will deliver the "Purchase Statement (Invoice)" enclosed in the package.
8. What to do if delivery is not possible or the product is refused due to the absence of the customer
The storage period is one week, and if you request reshipment during that period, the freight will be borne by the customer (payment of freight).
If you do not receive the item after the storage period at our company, your order will be invalid and you have waived the ownership of the item.
In addition, please note that we cannot refund the price you paid.

10. About returns
Aotake is a "plant" and because of its "raw" product characteristics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges other than quality defects.
If you have any problems with the product, please let us know within one week after the product arrives.
Please note that we may not be able to respond if you exceed that limit.
We will not accept returns if the item is returned without prior notice. Please be sure to contact us before returning.
If the product is unilaterally destroyed without contact due to a defect, the customer shall waive the ownership of the product at his / her own discretion, and we cannot take any responsibility or response. Please note that.
