Article 1 Scope of application of this agreement
This agreement applies to all matters between Kofuro Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and customers regarding online shopping using "SHOP tokuri" and "coBam SHOP". Please note that if you use " SHOP tokuri" or " coBam SHOP", you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 2 Definition
1. 1. "Online shopping" means a service that allows you to purchase products or services (hereinafter referred to as "products, etc.") using the Internet from the website operated by the Company.
2. "Customer" means a person who agrees to these terms and purchases products, etc. using online shopping.
Article 3 Individual provisions
In addition to the various provisions of this agreement, the operational regulations (hereinafter referred to as "individual regulations") that we individually present regarding online shopping at any time shall form part of this agreement. In addition, if the content of the individual provisions differs from the content of this agreement, the provisions of each individual provision shall take precedence.
Article 4 Purchase procedure
Detailed matters such as purchase procedures (payment method, packaging format, shipping fee, etc.) of products, replacement of purchased products, return procedures, etc. shall be in accordance with the provisions separately set by the Company.
Article 5 Conclusion of contract
1. 1. The sales contract between the customer and the Company shall be concluded when the Company accepts the purchase application (at the time of order confirmation), provided that it does not fall under any of the following items. If the Company reasonably determines that any of the following items apply or is likely to occur, the Company may not accept the application or may revoke the consent after confirming the order.

If any of the items in the preceding paragraph applies, the Company shall be able to cancel the sales contract by notifying the customer to that effect.

Article 6 Credit card usage
1. 1. Credit cards that can be used as a means of payment for products, etc. are limited to cards in the name of the customer.
2. In order to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, if you make a large purchase by credit card payment, we may confirm that to you at our discretion. The customer acknowledges in advance that if the customer cannot be contacted, the delivery of the product may be delayed or the sales contract may be canceled at our discretion.
3. 3. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused to the customer due to the cancellation of the contract set forth in the preceding paragraph.
4. If a dispute arises between the customer and the credit card company or the replacement agent, etc. regarding the product price or other debts, the customer and the credit card company or the replacement agent, etc. shall resolve the dispute.
Article 7 Prohibited acts
1. 1. When using this online shopping, the customer may not perform any of the following acts.

Article 8 Service interruption / suspension and content changes, etc.
1. 1. The Company shall be able to suspend or temporarily suspend part or all of the online shopping service without prior notice to the customer in any of the following cases.
(1) When we need maintenance and inspection of equipment, equipment, etc.
(2) When the services of Type 1 (telephone companies, etc.) and Type 2 telecommunications carriers (providers, etc.) are not provided.
(3) When services cannot be provided due to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, etc.) or power outages.
(4) When the service cannot be provided due to a man-made disaster (war, turmoil, mayhem, etc.) or other unforeseen circumstances.
(5) When the Company deems it necessary.
2. We reserve the right to change some or all of the online shopping services as necessary without prior notice to you.
3. 3. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused to the customer due to measures such as suspension, interruption or change of service based on this article.
Article 9 Acquisition, purpose of use and management of personal information
1. 1. We will post personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") such as name, address, email address, etc. provided by the customer when applying for products, etc. in the "Privacy Policy" posted separately on the home page. Based on this, we will handle it appropriately.
2. We use personal information mainly for the purposes of each of the following items.
(1) To provide various online shopping services such as product orders, sales processing, delivery, and inquiries.
(2) For sales promotion activities such as providing product information, living information, various special treatment information, etc. by sending e-mails from our company or our outsourced companies.
(3) For aggregation and analysis of personal information and creation and use of statistical data processed to the extent that individuals cannot be identified.
Article 10 Attribution of copyright, etc.
All copyrights, trademark rights, design rights, portrait rights and other personal or property rights related to the content (text, images, video, audio, programs, etc.) posted on the online shopping site screen are our company or other legitimate It belongs to the right holder. Reprinting, copying, publishing, adapting, etc. (excluding acts for private use) without the permission of the right holder is prohibited.
Article 11 Disclaimer
1. 1. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by reasons not attributable to the Company, such as typographical errors or omissions in the application information provided by the customer, or garbled characters that make it unreadable.
2. We are not responsible for any system damage caused to you when using online shopping.
Article 12 Damages
If you cause damage to us or a third party due to a breach of this agreement or other fraudulent or unjust means, you shall be liable for damages.
Article 13 Changes to the rules
The Company shall be able to change this agreement and individual provisions. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Terms and Conditions shall become effective on the effective date notified on the online shopping website, and the customer may use online shopping after the effective date. If you do, we will assume that you have agreed to the changes.
Article 14 Dispute clauses, etc.
If there is any doubt about this clause, or if there is a problem between you and us regarding unspecified matters, we will resolve it after mutual consultation in good faith.
Article 15 Court of Jurisdiction
If a dispute arises regarding this agreement, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
Article 16 Governing law
Japanese law shall apply to the establishment, effect, performance and interpretation of this agreement.
As mentioned above, this agreement will be applied from June 25, 3rd year of Reiwa.
